SHIPPING POLICY
At Royale Guinevere, we take care to prepare and dispatch your orders.
Shipping Destinations
We deliver throughout the UK and to international destinations supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to view available options and charges.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
UK standard delivery: £4, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Free UK standard delivery is available on orders over £100.
United States: £17, with an estimated delivery time of 14 days after dispatch. Other international options and charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are separate from order processing times and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, bank holidays and customs clearance may affect arrival.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, your dispatch email will include a tracking number or link.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in shipping charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns in accordance with your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights for online purchases.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Notify us at sales@royaleguinevere.com within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
Please handle products carefully while inspecting them. Burning candles, melting wax or using diffuser liquid may reduce their value beyond reasonable inspection. Where legally permitted, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund. Opening packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights.
For candles, wax melts and reed diffusers, we do not offer additional goodwill returns outside your statutory rights. Burners and accessories can also be returned within the applicable cancellation period.
Refunds
Eligible cancellations include a refund of standard outward delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the least expensive standard option offered. Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can help. Royale Guinevere covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
